AUSTRALIA and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) has announced that it had reached an agreement to sell its 55 per cent stake in Cambodian joint venture ANZ Royal Bank to J Trust, a Japanese holding company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
